What it's like

Hollingbury Park is an 18-hole, par 72 downland course on Ditchling Road, established in 1908. The land is council-owned and has been leased to The Circle since 1 April 2020. You pay as you play, there's a cafeteria and bar, and the clubhouse looks over the Downs and the south coast. Parking is free but runs on ANPR, so hand your registration in at the pro shop or bar.

Rights of way and permissive paths cross the course, so walkers are part of a round. After the winter rebuild it has eleven tees.

  • Juniors (£14 midweek)
  • Beginners who want a proper 18 holes

Skip if
